Summer Fitness Challenge: Setting Goals

Hey guys, I’ll make this short and sweet. Even though it took seventeen attempts and test-runs to get the right angle and lighting (and an additional attempt in which I talked to the camera for five minutes straight, only to realize that it wasn’t on), I finally got enough footage to work with. My editing skills are a bit rough, but hopefully that will change over time. So, as promised, here is my first of (hopefully) many videos for the five week Summer fitness challenge:

As stated multiple times in the video, I am really excited about these next five weeks, and it would make it even more exciting if I had some more people alongside me. You don’t have to make videos, and you don’t even have to blog about it – all you have to do is just start making little changes that make you live your life a little healthier. You would be amazed at how big of a difference just changing a few things in your daily routine can actually make.
