Little Victories: Summer Fitness Challenge Day Four

We’re four days into the five week Summer fitness challenge, and so far everything is going great. In today’s video I wanted to talk about my goals of not drinking coffee and not eating sugar, something that I thought was going to be kind of hard but rewarding in the end.

Even though this is only my second video, I’m beginning to gain a much greater respect and appreciation for all those people that are editing and uploading videos every single day. It takes a lot of time and effort, and I’m sure I don’t put half the effort into my videos as some other people do. This is turning into a great learning experience, and I can’t wait to see where it goes from here.

Thank you guys for watching this video and reading my random thoughts, it means more than you can ever imagine.

    1. I definitely don’t mind! It helps knowing that people are actually watching these videos because it reminds me that I’m accountable to someone other than myself, so thank you πŸ™‚
